Their sound is eclectic, downtempo and steeped in classic hip-hop and their new album, Portraits is basically updated trip-hop. They`re the discotheque trailblazer duo that will make everyone`s night, and they will be performing with an amazing local line-up including Felix Laband, Christian Tiger School, PHFat, Akio, DJ Lag, Kidfonque, Nonku Phiri and P-Kuttah. This event will set the rhythm for a superb summer season.
MARIBOU STATE is originally from London and has built a glowing international reputation via a string of well-loved EPs as well as remixes for the likes ofKelis, Lana Del Rey, Alpines, Ultraista and more. They have also received great support from radio heavyweights such as Zane Lowe, Annie Mac and Pete Tong. They have also performed at Glastonbury, Warehouse Project and Bestival which are their personal highlights.
