As you are reading this JACK PAROW is busy writing his most dangerous album to date – Afrika for Beginners, due for release in September 2017. He is so dedicated that he is giving his gaming console a much needed rest and is even cutting down his Parow Brandy consumption to only 5 doubles a night.
Even though Parow is consumed with writing his album, things are always happening around him and he likes to keep his Parow Troopers informed about these things.
His Parow Brandy collaborated with Fokof Lager to deliver the limited edition Cape Cobra karate stout, he wrote the theme song for the upcoming movie, VAN DER MERWE and read more about Jaco S. Venter’s photographic exhibition in Johannesburg of Parow’s reality TV show, Dis Hoe Ons Rol.
Parow Brandy and Fokof Lager have coupled to spawn the limited edition stout, CAPE COBRA. This magnificent Parow Brandy infused karate stout combination was brewed especially by Devil’s Peak Brewery for the Capital Craft Beer Festival on 10th June at Capital Craft in Centurion.
Only 5 Cape Cobra kegs will be available to the public on the day with 4 more of these kegs doing the rounds at Capital Craft in Centurion and Pretoria from the following day onwards. Only one keg will make its way to The Tap Room – Devil’s Peak’s restaurant in Salt River, Cape Town.

Jack Parow loves cooking up lekker things for soundtracks. He contributed his music to the soundtracks of Babalas (in which he also starred), the documentary about Pieter-Dirk Uys, Nobody’s Died Laughing, his own reality TV show, Dis Hoe Ons Rol, the movie Skeem, and now also the theme song of the movie, Van der Merwe called Super Van.
